Busbar Technician

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Busbar Technician is responsible for reading and interpreting electrical, GA, and busbar layout drawings to assemble and install busbar trunking systems according to project specifications and manufacturer standards. Duties include measuring, cutting, drilling, bending, fitting, aligning, jointing, and torque tightening busbar components, while ensuring proper insulation, phase identification, and earthing. The role involves conducting inspections and tests, supporting commissioning and troubleshooting activities, coordinating with project teams, and adhering to all HSE and electrical safety regulations. The technician also reports installation issues, performs maintenance and modifications, maintains tools and equipment, and ensures timely, quality completion of assigned work. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification. Minimum 4+ years of experience in busbar installation and maintenance. Experience in commercial, industrial, power, data center, or infrastructure projects.
