Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients interested in yacht acquisition. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client preferences, lifestyle, and budget for their ideal yacht. Showcase and present a diverse inventory of yachts, highlighting unique features, specifications, and value propositions. Negotiate complex sales contracts, including pricing, financing options, and delivery terms, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of proven success in luxury goods sales, preferably within the marine or automotive sector. Demonstrated understanding of yachting culture, terminology, and the luxury market. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
