Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor – High-Rise Residential Projects

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in high-rise residential building projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage all pre-contract and post-contract MEP quantity surveying activities. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for MEP works. Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate rates, and prepare comparison statements. Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle. Review and certify subcontractor and supplier payment applications. Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final account settlements. Coordinate with project, design, procurement, and planning teams to ensure cost control. Assess contractual entitlements and support claim preparation and evaluation. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and company procedures.. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of MEP QS experience, including high-rise residential developments in the UAE.
