Construction Manager – High-Rise Residential Projects

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with 10+ years of UAE construction experience, specializing in high-rise residential building projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities from planning to handover. Ensure project execution is in line with approved schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones. Review construction methodologies, resource allocation, and site productivity. Ensure compliance with local regulations, contract requirements, and company policies. Lead and supervise site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare project status reports for management. Resolve technical and operational issues to minimize project delays. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years' experience in managing high-rise residential building construction projects.
