Fleet Quality Senior Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As the Fleet Quality Sr. Manager, you will collaborate with managers and stakeholders to enhance how Bosta applies its houserules. This role requires a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and proactive problem solver who collaborates cross-functionally to develop and execute initiatives that elevate Stars quality and performance. Job Responisbilities : Develop Bosta houserules and look into how they re being applied. Develop a strategy to tackle fake attempts that a Star would do. Analyze Stars behaviours and reactions and develop the correct tools and methedologies for elevating the overall fleet quality. You ll manage a big team of coordinators who work on these rules on daily basis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and streamline stars touchpoints, ensuring efficient policies. Utilize star insights to drive product and service enhancements. Be an advocate and voice for the star within the organization. Build and manage relationships with stars. Provide high-level analysis and reporting. Report and analyze project results, taking corrective actions when needed. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience of relevant work experience. Strong analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Strategic thinking and Team player. Excellent communication skills. Identify data discrepancies and issues. Able to swiftly escalate identified concerns to the relevant teams and channels.
