Institutional Innovation Consultant / Expert

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role Overview Client is seeking an experienced Institutional Innovation Consultant / Expert with strong practical expertise in government and institutional innovation to lead and support innovation initiatives and develop the organization's innovation ecosystem. The role aligns with Dubai's Future Agenda, digital transformation strategies, and artificial intelligence initiatives, contributing to organizational competitiveness and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and implement innovation initiatives and projects across the organization. Design and apply institutional innovation frameworks and methodologies based on international best practices. Conduct studies, research, and benchmarking activities to support the development of strategic initiatives and programs. Align initiatives and projects with Dubai's Future Agenda, digital transformation strategies, and artificial intelligence programs. Provide consultancy services and recommendations to enhance the culture of institutional innovation. Prepare nomination files and support participation in local, regional, and international innovation and excellence awards. Manage and follow up on innovation memberships and international standards related to innovation management. Support the implementation of international innovation management standards such as ISO 56002 and other relevant frameworks. Prepare executive reports and presentations related to innovation initiatives. Design and deliver specialized workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training programs in innovation, artificial intelligence, and organizational transformation. Collaborate with various departments to integrate innovation concepts into operational and strategic plans. Measure the impact of innovation initiatives and prepare performance and achievement reports. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Innovation, or a related field. Proven experience in government or institutional innovation. Practical experience in managing innovation initiatives and projects. Advanced knowledge of artificial intelligence applications and their organizational use cases. Experience in conducting research, studies, and benchmarking exercises. Strong understanding of government excellence frameworks and programs in Dubai and the UAE. Experience aligning initiatives with Dubai's Future Agenda, digital transformation programs, and AI strategies. Experience in preparing and managing innovation and excellence award submissions. Knowledge of innovation memberships and international standards related to innovation management. Experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops. Stakeholder management and institutional relationship building. Executive reporting and presentation preparation. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. Preferred Candidates Candidates with prior experience in UAE government or semi-government entities will be given preference. Proven track record in managing innovation and excellence files and obtaining innovation-related awards or certifications. Direct experience dealing with government entities in Dubai is highly desirable.
