Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced knowledge. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is mandatory to demonstrate proficiency in engineering principles. Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering with a focus on large-scale projects. Experience in project management and leading multidisciplinary teams is essential for effective project execution. Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex engineering challenges efficiently.
