Technical Coordinator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day execution of interior design and finishing works on site Coordinate with consultants, designers, and subcontractors to ensure design intent is achieved Review and implement ID drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals Monitor site progress and ensure works are executed as per approved designs, specifications, and schedules Track and control material usage, labour productivity, and equipment utilisation Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues on site Coordinate inspections, mock-ups, and approvals for finishes and materials Support value engineering initiatives without compromising design quality Prepare and maintain progress reports, site documentation, and updates Ensure timely completion of snagging, de-snagging, and handover activities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery within time and budget Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/architecture. 5–8 years of experience in construction with strong exposure to Interior Design (ID) and finishes execution Hands-on experience in fit-out works, material coordination, and finishing techniques Good knowledge of Dubai/UAE regulations (DM, DEWA, Civil Defence) and industry standards Proficiency in project management and construction tracking tools Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage site execution, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, timelines, and cost control Employment Type Full Time Company Industry ConstructionCivil Engineering Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords Shop DrawingsFinishingInterior DesignProject Management Get real-time job updates only on our App
