Buckle up, because the current pit stop is within the Quality function as a Denter. What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat? Plan and coordinate vehicle deliveries, transfers, and pickups. Monitor vehicle movements between yards, dealerships, and customers. Optimize transportation schedules to reduce delays and costs. Coordinate with transport companies, drivers, and agents. Track vehicle locations and status using logistics systems. Supervise logistics coordinators, drivers, yard staff and support personnel. Assign daily tasks and monitor performance. Train employees on logistics procedures and safety requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. Liaise with sales, service, procurement, and warehouse departments. Resolve transportation and delivery issues promptly. Coordinate vehicle inspections before dispatch and upon receipt. Ensure proper documentation for vehicle movements. Prepare logistics performance reports and KPIs. Track delivery timelines, transportation costs, and driver utilization. Desired Candidate Profile What’s Under the Hood: ● 2–5 years of UAE experience in automotive logistics, fleet operations or transportation management. ● Bachelor’s degree. ● Advanced Excel and reporting skills. ● Cost Management. ● Logistics Management. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Multitasking experience with full ownership. ● Positive behavior toward stakeholders and customers. ● Flexible at work.
