Marketing Manager
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with business goals. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor positioning, and industry trends. Manage brand positioning, messaging, and corporate identity across all channels. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital + offline). Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO initiatives. Oversee website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization. Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok). Implement marketing automation workflows (email sequences, lead nurturing). Track campaign performance using analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, CRM dashboards). Develop content calendars for blogs, social media, newsletters, and case studies. Coordinate with designers, agencies, and freelancers for creative assets. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and Saudi cultural norms. Produce marketing collateral: brochures, presentations, videos, and ads. Build and manage lead generation campaigns targeting Saudi audiences. Optimize MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion rates. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and follow‑up. Manage CRM data accuracy and reporting. Plan and execute exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events. Build partnerships with agencies, chambers of commerce, and government programs (Monsha’at, MISA). Manage PR activities, press releases, and media relations. Track KPIs: lead volume, CAC, ROI, engagement, brand reach. Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports. Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective execution. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics. Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp). Ability to manage content production and creative workflows. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong project management and organizational skills. Creative mindset with analytical thinking. Ability to work in fast‑paced environments. Understanding of Saudi consumer behavior and cultural nuances. Experience with Arabic content (preferred). Familiarity with Saudi advertising regulations and compliance. Experience in B2B, technology, consulting, or services is an advantage. Proficiency in Arabic and English.
