Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our joinery and fit-out team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and supporting the tendering process for custom joinery and interior fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities: Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery and fit-out works. Perform material take-offs and quantity surveying. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Prepare BOQs, tender submissions, and cost reports. Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams. Monitor market prices and maintain estimating databases. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3–5 years of estimating experience in joinery, carpentry, or interior fit-out. Strong knowledge of joinery materials, manufacturing processes, and installation methods. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software. Strong analytical and communication skills. UAE experience preferred.
