Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail. Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professional tone. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, creating efficient systems for easy retrieval of information. Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, acting as a primary point of contact and providing timely responses. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, ideally 2+ years. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
