Sales Manager B2B
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring terms are favorable and profitable for the company. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts .Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement. Train and mentor sales representatives to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively promote Flour/ Animal/ Cattle Feed products. Stay up to date on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform sales strategies. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting performance metrics and opportunities for improvement. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services. Desired Candidate Profile preferably in the flour manufacturing industry similar food manufacturing industry in Wholesale segment. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive decision-making. Leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve goals. Proficiency in SAP B1, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
