Telecom Field Technician - FTTH or GPON or Fiber Optics or OSP

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for the installation, deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of last-mile telecom network infrastructure. Ensure network quality, service availability, and compliance with company standards and safety procedures. Desired Candidate Profile Perform installation and commissioning of telecom network equipment. Support fiber optic and access network deployment activities. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and fault rectification. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Coordinate with engineers and field teams to ensure timely project completion. Maintain accurate records and update deployment reports. Follow company HSE and quality standards. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 1–5 years of experience in telecom deployment, operations, or maintenance. Knowledge of fiber optic networks, FTTH, and telecom infrastructure is preferred. Good troubleshooting and communication skills. Valid driving license is an advantage.
