Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Join our high-performing Toyota Sales Team in Al Ain and be part of one of the most recognized automotive brands in the world. As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for maximizing every sales opportunity, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and building lasting relationships. Your mission? Drive sales, increase finance and insurance product uptake, boost trade-ins and accessories sales—all while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction throughout every interaction. What You Will Do Sales Volume: Achieve and maintain company sales standards within your assigned area, contributing to Toyota’s reputation for quality and service excellence. Customer Satisfaction: Meet or exceed CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) targets to ensure high customer retention and repeat business. Sales & Prospecting Systems: Follow company sales and prospecting processes to expand the customer base and achieve business objectives. Cash and Credit Control: Adhere to company procedures when handling cash and credit transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product knowledge, automotive trends, new features, and selling techniques to enhance performance and customer engagement. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of sales experience (automotive experience preferred but not necessary). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to upsell and create customer value. Confident negotiator with excellent influencing skills. Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred). What Equips You for the Role UAE National with family book (Emirati). Diploma or Degree preferred (but passion and drive matter most). Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Calm under pressure and a proactive problem-solver. Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license. Knowledge or interest in automobiles is a plus!
