Data Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Business/Data Analyst with a strong background in Power BI, Python, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports Translate complex business requirements into meaningful insights and visualizations Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks Ensure high accuracy, data integrity, and consistency in reporting Automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency Desired Candidate Profile Must have 3-5 years experience in Power BI, SQL, Python and Microsoft Dynamics as a must Expert-level Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, reporting) Strong knowledge of DAX formulas Proficiency in Python (data handling, automation, analysis) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation Experience with Power Query (ETL, data transformation) Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Pivot, dashboards) Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to handle large and complex datasets Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of business processes and reporting needs Employment Type Full Time Company Industry RecruitmentPlacement FirmExecutive Search Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords Business IntelligencePythonSQLMicrosoft Dynamics Get real-time job updates only on our App
