Site Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out and joinery projects. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Manage and monitor site manpower, subcontractors, and material usage to achieve project targets. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Designers, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them promptly. Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper storage and utilization at site. Prepare daily site reports and update management on project progress, manpower, and site challenges. Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget. Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company and UAE HSE regulations. Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors when required. Ensure snagging, rectification, and project handover activities are completed efficiently. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Site Supervisor in Interior Fit-Out and Joinery projects. Interior Fit-Out experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of fit-out execution, joinery installation, finishes, ceilings, flooring, partitions, and MEP coordination. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications. Experience in managing site labor, subcontractors, and daily project activities. Good understanding of quality control, site safety, and project coordination. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple site activities and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation. UAE Driving License will be an added advantage. Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred. Key Requirements Proven experience supervising interior fit-out projects from site mobilization through final handover. Ability to independently manage site activities, manpower, and subcontractors while maintaining quality and schedule compliance. Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
