Transport/Logistics Coordinator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage the day to day custom fomalities and ensure smooth clearance of shipments. Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, and government authorities. Ensure timely documentation and compliance with regulations. Plan and coordinate transport operations for imports and exports. Liase with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to ensure efficient logistics flow. Maintain records and reports related to customs and transport. Desired Candidate Profile Experience in customs formalities and transport coordination. Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in transport coordination or logistics operations. Good knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures. Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. This is a 6 months temporary contract and the candidate should have own visa. Male candidates preferred. Work location will be near Zayed International Airport, Abu Dhabi.
