Camp Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of labor accommodation camps. Manage workforce accommodation allocation, occupancy records, and room assignments. Ensure camp facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times. Coordinate employee welfare activities and address accommodation-related concerns. Monitor camp discipline and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations. Coordinate transportation and workforce movement between camp and project sites. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to camp operations. Liaise with HR, Administration, Site Management, and external service providers. Conduct routine inspections to ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met. Handle emergency situations and resolve operational issues effectively. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Camp Administration, Labor Coordination, or Workforce Management. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer applications. Good understanding of labor accommodation management and employee welfare practices. Ability to manage multicultural workforces and maintain positive employee relations. Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written). Age preferred: 30–40 years. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
