Job Description Roles & Responsibilities � WE'RE HIRING � Senior HR Executive / HR Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive / HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and workforce planning while supporting the company's growth and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for staff, skilled workers, and blue-collar employees. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations. Manage employee records, contracts, visa documentation, and HR administration. Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits. Lead performance management, employee evaluations, and talent development initiatives. Support workforce planning and manpower budgeting. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and workforce analytics for management. Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Work closely with department heads to support operational and business requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, fabrication, engineering, or production environments. Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices. Experience handling both white-collar and blue-collar workforce recruitment. Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage. Experience in manufacturing, steel fabrication, construction materials, or industrial production sectors.
