Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary We are looking for an independent, highly motivated Freelance Joinery Salesman to secure high-value interior fit-out and woodworking projects across Dubai. This is a strictly commission-based role offering uncapped earning potential. You will work on your own flexible schedule, leverage your own network, and earn a generous percentage on every closed and paid project. Key Responsibilities Project Acquisition: Bring in new business for joinery, custom woodwork, kitchens, wardrobes, and commercial fit-outs. Lead Generation: Actively source projects from independent designers, main contractors, real estate brokers, and private developers. Client Representation: Present our manufacturing capabilities and company profile to potential clients. Deal Closing: Coordinate with our in-house factory estimators to submit pricing and negotiate contracts until final closure. What We Offer High Commission Payout: 5% - 10% commission on the gross or net contract value of closed deals. Full Production Support: Complete backing from our fully equipped joinery factory and experienced in-house estimation/design team. Flexible Hours: Complete freedom over your schedule, working hours, and location. Fast Pay Execution: Commission paid promptly upon project stage payments collected from the client. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements & Qualifications Legal Status: Must possess a valid UAE Freelance Visa/Permit, Independent License, or Family Sponsorship (No company visa will be provided). Experience: Minimum 3 years of active interior sales or joinery sales experience in the UAE market. Active Network: An established, active network of interior designers, fit-out contractors, or property managers in Dubai. Mobility: Must have your own car and valid UAE driving license. Drive: Self-disciplined personality capable of generating results with minimal oversight.
