HSE Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead and manage all HSE activities across project sites. Ensure compliance with company, client, SEC, and National Grid HSE requirements. Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, and emergency response plans. Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and site audits. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions. Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with HSE standards. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs. Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and performance indicators. Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and safe work practices. Promote a positive safety culture across all project teams. Coordinate with project management to ensure safe execution of OHTL and transmission line activities. Monitor work activities related to tower erection, stringing, excavation, lifting operations, and energized work. Ensure compliance with environmental requirements and company policies. Desired Candidate Profile HSE Manager with proven experience in High Voltage OHTL projects. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory. Experience in SEC / National Grid projects is highly preferred. Strong leadership and site safety management skills. NEBOSH certified.
