Design Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage the design schedules, deliverables, risk & interface coordination with multiple stakeholders, including the client, contractor and governmental authorities’ regulatory requirements. Manage design changes and revisions, including assessing impacts on scope, schedule, and budget, and obtaining necessary approvals. Identify design risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues, minimizing any disruptions. Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency within the design coordination process to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Determining whether a design solution is user-friendly, cost-effective and environmentally friendly, and developing solutions in case of any user problems and to improve production efficiency. Experienced in Structural Analysis, BIM Coordination, FEA in GRC, Alu+Glass, Facade sector. Desired Candidate Profile M Sc. / B Sc. in Structural / Civil Engineering with BIM Certification. Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Design, Structural, with BIM Certification or a related field. Minimum of 15 years overall with 5 years managerial of progressive experience in design management, with a proven track record in leading successful design projects.
