Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review and strategic decision-making. Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and tax regulations. Conduct regular bank reconciliations and manage petty cash, maintaining meticulous records of all financial transactions. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university. Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is highly preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in the UAE, preferably within the retail or service industry.
