Construction Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead and manage all site construction activities. Coordinate project execution with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives. Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and productivity. Ensure works are completed according to project specifications, schedules, and budgets. Resolve technical and construction-related issues. Lead project engineers, foremen, and site teams. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 15+ years of construction experience. Minimum 5 years in a Construction Manager role. Experience delivering large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments. Strong leadership and communication skills. GCC/Qatar experience mandatory.
