Senior Procurement Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Managing the procurement process for infrastructure and construction projects. Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Preparing and issuing RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders. Analyzing quotations and preparing commercial comparison reports. Ensuring procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements. Coordinating with project, engineering, and finance teams to meet procurement schedules. Monitoring supplier performance and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Tracking deliveries and resolving procurement-related issues. Maintaining procurement records and preparing periodic reports. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 12–15 years of procurement experience, with at least 10 years in infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, contract administration, and supplier management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
