Finance Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, regulatory compliance, risk management, and team leadership to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance. Responsibilities: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks through robust risk management frameworks Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and optimize financial processes Implement and enhance financial systems and controls to improve efficiency and data integrity Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience, including financial reporting and budgeting Proven expertise in financial reporting standards and practices Strong skills in budgeting and forecasting methodologies and tools In-depth knowledge of UAE regulatory compliance and corporate governance Experience designing and executing risk management strategies Demonstrated team leadership and people management abilities Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software Preferred Qualifications: Professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA, or CPA Experience working in the GCC or Middle East financial environment Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with treasury management and cash flow optimization Company Industry Other Department / Functional Area Other Keywords Finance Manager Get real-time job updates only on our App
