Truck Mechanic

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavy-duty trucks using advanced diagnostic tools and software. Perform preventative maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and brake inspections, to ensure optimal truck performance and longevity. Conduct thorough inspections of truck components, identifying worn or damaged parts, and recommending necessary repairs or replacements. Rebuild or overhaul engines, transmissions, and other major truck components, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices. Desired Candidate Profile Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent. Holds a relevant certification in truck mechanics or a related field (e.g., ASE certification). Demonstrates at least 3 years of hands-on experience in truck repair and maintenance. Exhibits a strong understanding of diesel engine systems, hydraulics, and electrical diagnostics.
