GRC Audit Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities About the Role: The GRC Audit Manager in Saudi Arabia will lead and oversee internal audit engagements, evaluate governance, risk management, and control environments, and drive actionable recommendations. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to enhance compliance with local regulations and best practices, ensuring robust risk mitigation and effective internal controls. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive internal audit programs across business units Conduct risk assessments to identify and prioritize key organizational risks Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls and governance processes Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and the audit committee Develop, monitor, and follow up on remediation plans in collaboration with stakeholders Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements and industry best practices Coach and mentor audit team members to enhance technical skills and professional development Track and report on audit metrics, trends, and areas for improvement Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 8–12 years of progressive experience in internal audit, risk management, or governance roles Technical expertise in internal audit methodologies and standards (IIA) Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and techniques Solid understanding of corporate governance principles Proven stakeholder management and communication skills (non-technical) Experience in preparing and delivering audit reports to senior leadership Technical proficiency in control evaluation and testing Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulatory and compliance requirements Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Knowledge of COSO, ISO 31000, or ISO 27001 frameworks Familiarity with SAMA regulations and local compliance standards Arabic language proficiency Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant discipline Company Industry Other Department / Functional Area Other Keywords GRC Audit Manager Get real-time job updates only on our App
