Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple countries and regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a small team, developing regional digital marketing strategies, driving online brand visibility, generating leads, and ensuring consistent marketing performance across diverse markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple countries and regions. Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and projects. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Monitor and improve website performance, SEO, SEM, and user engagement metrics. Coordinate with regional teams to localize marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with market-specific requirements. Manage content marketing activities, including website updates, blogs, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing platforms. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, ROI, and marketing effectiveness. Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources. Work closely with sales, business development, and external agencies to support business growth initiatives. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisor role. Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple countries or regions. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different time zones and regions. Experience in B2B marketing and international markets will be an added advantage.
