Recruitment Specialist
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities To manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements across construction and engineering projects in the UAE. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders, project teams, and HR to ensure timely mobilization of qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for bulk roles (Civil, MEP, Infrastructure, Marine, Fit-out, etc.). Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and recruitment drives. Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews for technical and non-technical roles. Coordinate with hiring managers, project managers, and department heads to understand manpower requirements. Schedule and facilitate interviews between stakeholders and candidates. Handle large-volume hiring within tight project timelines. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company recruitment policies. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases. Coordinate offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes. Support mobilization for site-based and project-based requirements. Stakeholder Management Conduct regular meetings with internal stakeholders to forecast manpower needs. Provide recruitment progress updates and market insights. Align hiring strategies with project deadlines and business objectives. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in Construction or Engineering division (UAE experience preferred). Proven experience in bulk hiring and site/project-based recruitment. Strong understanding of construction roles (Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, Skilled & Unskilled workforce). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with UAE labor market and recruitment portals. Preferred Skills Experience handling overseas recruitment is an advantage. Knowledge of visa processing and mobilization procedures in the UAE. Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
