Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our school. The Social Worker will provide non-therapeutic support to students and their families who may be facing challenging circumstances. The role involves working closely with students, parents, school staff, and community agencies to ensure the well-being and safety of students. Key Responsibilities Provide support and guidance to students experiencing social, emotional, or family-related challenges. Liaise between the school, families, and external community resources. Assist with student protection and safeguarding matters in accordance with school policies. Support students and families in accessing appropriate community services. Collaborate with teachers, school leadership, and parents to promote student welfare. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required. Participate in meetings, case discussions, and school well-being initiatives. Requirements Minimum Eligibility Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Social Service. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in youth-related social work. Desired Candidate Profile Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff. Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong problem-solving and case management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally. Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
