Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analysis, identifying key drivers of financial performance. Support accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and collection of payments. Help reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies. Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, gathering data and performing preliminary analysis. Desired Candidate Profile Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field. Strong academic record demonstrating a solid understanding of financial principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic financial modeling. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
