Sales Executive
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Generate new business through field sales, client visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Expand market presence and develop new customer accounts across UAE & GCC. Develop business with OEMs, distributors, industrial clients, retailers, and end-users (B2B & B2C). Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships. Conduct regular site visits and follow-ups with existing and prospective clients. Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and after-sales support. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Development Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. Gather market intelligence and submit reports to management. Support exhibitions, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives. Sales Administration Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports. Maintain CRM records and customer databases. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution and timely deliveries. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of UAE experience in Field Sales, Business Development, B2B/B2C Sales, or Industrial Product Sales. Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel across UAE & GCC. Knowledge of UAE industrial and trading market is preferred. Willingness to travel within the UAE and GCC region as required. Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in: Mechanical Power Transmission Products Industrial Belts and Pulleys Bearings and Industrial Components Automotive Aftermarket Products Industrial Equipment & Engineering Solutions Manufacturing & Industrial Supply Sector will be given preference.
