Land Surveyor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Carry out surveying and setting-out activities for infrastructure projects. Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks. Verify coordinates, levels, alignments, and dimensions as per approved drawings. Conduct topographic, quantity, and as-built surveys. Prepare survey reports, records, and documentation. Coordinate with Engineers, Site Teams, and Consultants to ensure accurate execution of works. Operate and maintain survey equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level. Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE infrastructure projects. Strong experience in Roads, Utilities, Drainage, Sewerage, Stormwater, and Earthworks. Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and AutoCAD. Familiarity with RTA, Dubai Municipality, and other UAE authority requirements. Good communication and coordination skills. UAE experience is mandatory.
