QC Engineer / Electrical and mechanical

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Perform quality control inspections for mechanical and electrical works in line with project requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications. Conduct inspections related to welding, NDT (RT, UT, MT, PT), and coating/painting activities. Support and participate in project quality audits. Review inspection reports and maintain proper QA/QC documentation. Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are achieved. Prepare and submit regular quality reports to management. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 8 years of experience as a QC Engineer in Oil & Gas projects. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or relevant Engineering discipline. ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification. ASNT Level II certification in RT, UT, MT, and PT. CSWIP 3.1, AWS-CWI, or equivalent certification approved by the company. Hands-on experience in welding, NDT, and coating/painting. Good knowledge of project quality auditing. Strong coordination and reporting skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
