VRV / VRF - FOREMAN / TECHNICIAN

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of VRV/VRF air conditioning systems. Install indoor units, outdoor units, refrigerant piping, drainage piping, and control wiring as per project drawings. Perform vacuuming, pressure testing, leak testing, refrigerant charging, and system start-up activities. Execute commissioning activities and ensure systems operate according to manufacturer specifications. Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, schematics, and installation manuals. Monitor system performance and identify faults related to refrigeration, electrical, and control systems. Diagnose and rectify issues in compressors, fan motors, expansion valves, sensors, controllers, and communication networks. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure all installation and commissioning activities comply with project quality and safety standards. Prepare service reports, testing records, and commissioning documentation. Supervise and guide technicians (for Foreman position) to ensure timely completion of assigned work. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities when required. Desired Candidate Profile ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. Minimum 3-8 years of experience in VRV/VRF installation and commissioning projects. Hands-on experience with large commercial, residential, hospitality, airport, healthcare, or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, refrigeration cycles, controls, and commissioning procedures. Experience in refrigerant piping installation, brazing, leak testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging. Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and technical documentation. Knowledge of HVAC electrical controls, communication wiring, and system troubleshooting. Experience in installation and commissioning projects is mandatory. Gulf experience preferred. Good English communication skills. Candidates with experience in leading teams and site activities will be preferred for Foreman positions.
