Project Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a Project Manager with 10–15 years of construction experience, including 3–5 years in a Project Manager role. Candidates must have UAE contracting experience, strong project delivery capabilities, and experience managing stakeholders, budgets, schedules, quality, and subcontractors. High-rise building project experience is preferred, along with strong commercial, contractual, and leadership skills. Proven experience within the contracting/construction industry. Experience managing projects where the Client, Consultant, and Developer are independent entities and not the same organization. Strong background in the delivery of building construction projects; high-rise project experience is preferred. Demonstrated experience managing construction projects from inception through completion and handover. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Project Manager role. Minimum 10–15 years of overall experience in the construction industry. UAE experience is mandatory; Dubai project experience is a strong advantage. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with all project stakeholders. Strong knowledge of project planning, construction methodologies, cost control, procurement, contract administration, risk management, and project execution. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Strong commercial and contractual awareness. Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools. Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
