Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage and maintain books of accounts and financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management. Handle financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities. Coordinate and support internal and statutory audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements. Monitor financial controls and identify areas for process improvement. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Desired Candidate Profile Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, and financial reporting. Experience in MIS reporting and handling books of accounts. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and communication skills.
