QA QC Engineer (Piling)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a QAQC Engineer with civil site and quality assurance experience in piling and shoring works. The role focuses on compliance, inspection, and reporting for UAE-based foundation projects. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain Quality Control and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for piling and shoring activities. Conduct inspections of reinforcement, materials, boreholes, cages, and concrete works in accordance with project requirements. Monitor piling operations, including bored piles, CFA piles, sheet piling, secant piles, diaphragm walls, and related foundation works. Coordinate material testing, concrete sampling, cube testing, and review test results. Prepare, submit, and maintain quality documentation including inspection requests, checklists, test reports, method statements, NCRs, and daily quality reports. Ensure all site activities comply with project specifications, consultant requirements, and relevant international standards. Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs where required, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Liaise with consultants, clients, and site teams to obtain inspection approvals and ensure smooth project execution. Participate in internal quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain records and documentation for project handover and quality closeout. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of QAQC experience in piling and shoring in the UAE. Proficient in ITPs, material inspections, NCR handling, and documentation. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and UAE regulatory standards Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities. Good Knowledge in MS Office, Auto CAD etc. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
