Production Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Plan and supervise daily production activities. Coordinate with the design, project, and installation teams. Review technical drawings and production requirements. Monitor fabrication, printing, painting, assembly, and finishing processes. Ensure product quality meets client specifications and company standards. Manage materials, manpower, and production schedules. Monitor machine utilization and maintenance requirements. Control production costs and minimize material wastage. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate site installations and project handovers. Prepare production reports and updates for management. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. 2–5 years of relevant experience in the signage and advertising industry. Knowledge of signage fabrication materials and production processes. Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings. Strong communication, planning, and team management skills.
