NDRC - Project Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced NDRC (Micro-Tunneling) Project Manager to lead and oversee complex trenchless infrastructure projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in planning, executing, and delivering NDRC (Non-Disruptive Road Crossing) / Micro-Tunneling works within the UAE, particularly on projects involving RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other utility authorities. Responsibilities : Lead the full lifecycle of NDRC (Micro-Tunneling) projects from planning and mobilization through execution, testing, commissioning, and handover. Manage project delivery to ensure compliance with project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements. Oversee site operations, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams. Coordinate with clients, consultants, utility authorities, and stakeholders to secure approvals, permits, and NOCs. Ensure compliance with requirements of RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other relevant authorities. Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and progress reports. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project documentation, contractual correspondence, and stakeholder communications. Lead interface management activities where NDRC works interact with existing infrastructure and utility corridors. Ensure adherence to HSE standards and industry best practices throughout project execution. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory) Minimum 10 years of experience in civil/infrastructure projects Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the same position as Project Manager – NDRC (Micro-Tunneling) Proven experience delivering NDRC (Micro-Tunneling) projects in Dubai Successfully completed at least 2 RTA-related projects in Dubai Demonstrated experience securing NOCs and approvals from Dubai authorities Strong technical knowledge of: NDRC (Micro-Tunneling) Pipe Jacking Trenchless Construction Methods Utility Corridors Sewer & Stormwater Networks Road Crossing Works Civil & Geotechnical Engineering Principles Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, communication, and project planning skills Valid UAE Driving License (preferred) Employment Type Full Time Company Industry ConstructionCivil Engineering Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords NDRC Initiative LeadNDRC Project ManagementMicro TunnelingDEWADubai Muncipality Get real-time job updates only on our App
