HSE Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified HSE Officer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 5 years of total experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management, with a proven track record within the UAE. You will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring strict compliance with local and international safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and international standards. Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Develop risk assessments and Method Statements for upcoming project phases. Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed root-cause analysis reports. Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks to site workers and staff. Maintain HSE documentation including training logs, permits, and incident registers. Desired Candidate Profile Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of total HSE experience (mandatory). Regional Experience: At least 1–2 years of active UAE experience with a strong grasp of local safety laws. Certification: NEBOSH Certificate is mandatory. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Environmental Science. Skills: Excellent English communication, report writing, and hazard identification skills.
