Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities About the Role: We are seeking a Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst to join our Riyadh-based team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of our risk management framework, conduct assessments, and deliver insightful management reporting. You will work closely with business units to ensure compliance with ISO 31000, COSO, and local regulatory requirements while leveraging GRC tools and Microsoft Office applications. Responsibilities: Collect, validate, and analyze risk data from various business units to support risk assessments Perform risk assessments in accordance with ISO 31000 and COSO methodologies Maintain and update the enterprise risk register, ensuring accuracy and completeness Develop and deliver management reports on risk exposure, trends, and remediation progress Configure and manage GRC tools to monitor risk controls and compliance activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks Support internal and external audit processes and follow up on remediation plans Monitor changes in regulations and standards to ensure ongoing compliance Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management or related field 2–4 years of hands-on experience in governance, risk management, and compliance Proficiency in risk data collection, risk assessment, and risk register maintenance Strong expertise in ISO 31000 and COSO risk management frameworks Hands-on experience with GRC tools and platforms Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Excellent management reporting and stakeholder communication skills Fluency in English Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager Experience with SAP GRC, MetricStream or similar platforms Knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulatory environment and local compliance requirements Master’s degree in a relevant discipline Proficiency in Arabic Company Industry Other Department / Functional Area Other Keywords GovernanceRiskAnd Compliance Analyst Get real-time job updates only on our App
