Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager, you will significantly contribute to growing market share and competitively positioning our brands. You will be developing strategies for Brand(s) by developing and implementing ideas and projects. You will aim high and achieve goals together with your team. Main Responsibilities: MARKETING STRATEGIC PLANNING Support Region Marketing Manager Category in preparing the annual brand plan by providing market (competitors and trends) and consumer insights to define brand objectives, defining volumes, P&L, activity plan, sales mix, Management of the brand budget including advertising, promotion, research and market analysis costs ADVERTISING AND CONSUMER PROMOTIONS In coordination with the Regional teams, shaping and implementing the activity Grid in the planned timing and with excellence in execution Collaborate with creative and media agencies, including conventional and digital media mix planning and follow-up, supervising material development and consumer promotion implementation Ensure clearing of legal requirements related to advertising assets (property rights for audio/music, relations with actors, agencies,...) and consumer promotions Monitoring the outputs related to the brand plans in collaboration with the Sales Force and the Trade Marketing unit, to evaluate current projects efficiency PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT : Follow up of the internal KPI s to net sales, gross margin and marketing contribution as well as volumes and sales value objectives Execution of packaging development, new packaging / labeling projects Define actual / future positioning in comparison with competitors' actions Driving innovation through new product and strategy development RESEARCH AND MARKET ANALYSIS Sales / Consumer KPIs monitoring and follow-up, e.g. monthly / regular analysis of market/panel data and proposal of the so what/action plan Participating in proposal, implementation (e.g. briefs) and follow-up of strategic and operational improvement projects to evaluate brand image, customers behavior, taste and preference, along with promotional activities outcomes COLLABORATION WITH: Sales Force, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, Head of Media Planning, Region Marketing Manager Category, Research Team and NAF General Manager. Desired Candidate Profile • Min.
