As we continue to expand we are seeking a highly skilled detail oriented and motivated German Language Trainer to join our team. Role Summary We are seeking an experienced German Language Trainer to deliver German language training for learners at different levels. The trainer will be responsible for improving learners German communication skills including speaking listening reading writing grammar pronunciation vocabulary and practical usage. The ideal candidate should also have experience in professional and workplace German including business communication corporate German IT company communication professional email writing documentation meetings presentations and communication with German speaking clients or partners. Key Responsibilities Deliver German language training for beginner intermediate and advanced learners. Improve learners speaking listening reading writing grammar pronunciation and vocabulary. Prepare lesson plans learning materials exercises assessments and practical activities. Conduct placement tests and monitor trainee progress. Provide practical training in daily German communication conversation formal communication and professional German. Train learners on workplace communication skills such as professional emails reports business messages meeting summaries and presentations in German. Support learners in using German in IT companies corporate environments client communication vendor communication and project team communication. Use interactive teaching methods including role play conversations real workplace scenarios group activities and practical assignments. Provide feedback on fluency accuracy pronunciation writing style sentence structure tone and professional communication etiquette. Maintain training records attendance and progress reports when required. Key Requirements Native or near native proficiency. Recognized teaching certification A1 Goethe C1 or C2 telc C1 or C2 Hochschule ÖSD C1 or C2 TestDaF TDN 4 to 5 corresponding to B2 to C1. Minimum 3 years of experience in language training. Business language experience is a strong plus. Experience with adult learners or corporate training is preferred. Teaching diploma and German language teaching certification is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in German Languages Education Translation Business Communication or a related field is preferred. Strong fluency in German including grammar pronunciation writing and formal communication. Ability to teach different age groups and proficiency levels. Experience in general German conversational German and professional or business German. Experience in teaching workplace communication email writing documentation reports and presentation skills is preferred. Familiarity with IT company communication business terminology and professional work environments is an advantage. Excellent classroom management communication and presentation skills. Ability to work onsite in Irbid. Desired Candidate Profile Preferred Skills Experience in conversational German business German professional communication or corporate language training. Knowledge of German speaking business culture and communication etiquette. Ability to support learners in writing professional emails reports business documents meeting notes and presentations. Ability to deliver practical interactive and scenario based training in Arabic and or English.
