HSE Officer (Oil & Gas)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Health and Safety Implement HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans. Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard identification. Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws, client standards, and company policies. Monitor use of PPE and enforce safe work practices. Carry out Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs. Ensure emergency response plans are in place and practiced. Environmental Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, spills, and emissions. Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials. Promote environmental protection and sustainability practices on-site. Compliance & Reporting Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and records. Assist with internal and external HSE audits. Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors on safety matters. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
