Rental Sales Agent

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Assist customers with car rental inquiries and reservations. Promote and sell rental products and services to achieve sales targets. Explain rental terms, conditions, insurance options, and company policies. Prepare rental agreements, contracts, and related documentation. Coordinate vehicle delivery and return procedures. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Maintain accurate customer records and rental transactions. Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure vehicle availability. Process payments and prepare daily sales reports.
