Quality Control Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections during production, assembly, finishing, and final delivery of joinery items. Ensure all products comply with project specifications, drawings, and company quality standards. Inspect incoming materials including timber, hardware, veneers, laminates, and finishing materials. Identify defects, document non‑conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and maintain all QC documentation. Coordinate with factory teams, site supervisors, and project managers for quality compliance. Inspect joinery installation at site, ensuring proper alignment, finishing, and fitment. Desired Candidate Profile More than 5 years of experience in joinery quality control. Strong knowledge of wood materials, hardware, finishing processes, and joinery production methods. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications. Experience in both factory and site inspections. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
