Transport Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage daily transport operations and vehicle deployment. Coordinate drivers, schedules, routes, and client requirements. Ensure buses are operating efficiently and on time. Monitor vehicle maintenance, registration, insurance, and permits. Handle client communications and operational issues. Prepare operational reports and maintain records. Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company policies. Manage fuel consumption, driver performance, and fleet utilization. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3-5 years of experience in transport, fleet, or bus operations in the UAE. Strong knowledge of bus transportation and fleet management. Good communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is an advantage). Ability to manage drivers and solve operational issues effectively. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport documentation. UAE driving licence preferred. Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
